Return Policy

Our return window lasts 30 days from the date you receive your order.

To qualify, items must be returned in the same condition as delivered—unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label and detailed instructions for sending your item back. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We ask that you check your order upon delivery. If you find that your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can review the issue and resolve it promptly.

 

Items Not Eligible for Return

Some products cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Personal care products (such as beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you’re unsure about your item, please contact us for guidance.

 

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return the product you have. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order separately.

 

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. Items must remain in their original condition—unused, unworn, with tags, and in the original packaging—and accompanied by proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.
